To ensure fairness and transparency, we’ve outlined our refund policy below: Eligibility for Refunds Before Work Begins: Clients may request a full refund within 2 business days of payment if work has not yet started. To request a refund, please contact us in writing at genol@gbjwritingservices.com After Work Has Begun: Once work has started, including research, drafting, or any form of consultation, refunds are no longer available. If partial work has begun and a client chooses to cancel the project, a prorated refund may be offered based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation, less any applicable administrative fees. After Submission: No refunds will be issued after a grant proposal or final deliverable has been submitted to the client or to the funding agency. Refund Options If eligible, refunds may be issued in one of the following forms: Original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.) Service credit toward future GBJ Writing Services (valid for 12 months) Partial refund based on work completed if applicable (prorated) All refund requests must be submitted in writing to genola@gbjwritingservices.com, with your project name, payment date, and reason for the request. Processing Time Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation of eligibility.
